Thus Far Life Story Writing

Is writing your life stories on your bucket list? Then give your family the gift of your memoirs by attending Thus Far, a writing workshop where you'll learn to pen your unique stories.

Thus Far is led by Molly Barari, who has an MFA in creative writing from Wilkes University. She provides writing prompts to help participants identify the important details of their lives. This is open to adults of all ages.

You may never have considered writing your life stories down,” said Barari. “But you are really leaving a special gift to your family. You're providing an heirloom that will be passed from generation to generation."

WHERE: On Common Ground
610 St. Francis St., in Rapid City.

WHEN: The workshop includes two sessions:
SATURDAY, Oct. 21 from 10-noon and SATURDAY, Oct. 28 from 10-noon

Participants should plan to attend both sessions.

PRICE: Tickets are $30 per person at the door (includes both sessions). Light refreshments will be served. Please bring your own writing materials.
